Description of job:

1. According to the welding procedure instruction, select the proper welding process and raw material for the welding of the product parts and equipment;

2, welding electrode drying, preheating of parts, welding slag removal, welding heat treatment after necessary, and do a good record of welding to ensure welding quality;

3, after welding is completed, check slag, not welding phenomenon, timely repair welding, heavy welding;

4 、 regular maintenance of welding machine, box furnace, drying furnace, independently or cooperate with other people to complete the maintenance of welding equipment.
Skill requirements:

1, technical secondary school or above, have the welding certificate;

2 、 two years above welding experience;
